| Trip cancellation policy. |
The safety of our customers is our top priority. Poor weather conditions may cause cancellation of charter. The captain will give advance warning of a cancellation if possible. However, circumstances may warrant cancellation on the dock if conditions are not acceptable.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. A cancellation made 24 hours or less before boarding will result in forfeiture of payment |

| Where do we meet? |
| MDC is based out of the Landings Harbor on Skidaway Island. Once full payment is received, your reservation is confirmed and your name is placed on a list at the Landings main entrance gate. The Landings Harbor is on Priest Landing Road. Park in the guest parking lot and meet at the fuel dock. |

Diving offshore Savannah is an advanced dive. Your experience and dive log will be taken into account when making a reservation to dive with Mako Dive Charter. Having an advanced certification is not required on all dives. The dives that need an advanced certification or higher are noted on the price list.

| Diving Equipment. |
Divers are responsible for picking up and returning any rental equipment. Each shop has its own policies on rentals and divers are expected to follow those policies.
Divers are required to have a dive knife, inflatable surface marker with 15 feet of line and a timing device. |
